These Terms and Condition is an agreement between you (“User” or “you” or “your”) and V4U Hosting powered by AR Softs Solutions. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by us and on our website (collectively, the “Services”).

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree with our polocies listed below:

  • Account Eligibility

    By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
    You are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Services are intended solely for Users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration, use of or access to the Services, by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and is a violation of this Agreement.
    If you use the Services on behalf of another party you agree that you are authorized to bind such other party to this Agreement and to act on such other party’s behalf with respect to any actions you take in connection with the Services.

  • Termination

    Accounts with overdue dates above 30 days will be Terminated with or without any notice. No backup will be possible after termination, and all the contents associated with the terminated account will be permanently deleted.

  • Inactive Accounts

    We will remove all Inactive Client Accounts with age more than a year (365 days) will be closed and removed from our system. We will not store details of closed or removed account in our system. You have to register new account with same email and details for using our services again.

  • Unusual activity with our services

    This includes the use of hosting services for illegal activities such as hacking, phishing, or spam/bulk mailing to unknown users etc.
