Our cPanel, WHMCS, and Webmail services are currently inaccessible as part of an ongoing security update and patching activity.
This action has been taken proactively to ensure the stability and security of the environment. Our teams are actively working on completing the patching process and restoring access to all affected services at the earliest possible time.
Please note that your email functionality via IMAP/POP continues to remain operational. We request you to use your configured email clients (such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, mobile mail apps, etc.) to access your emails in the meantime.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing a partial outage impacting Hosting services.
Access to cPanel, WHMCS, and Webmail is currently unavailable due to an ongoing security update. However, email services will continue to function via configured email clients, and FTP access remains unaffected. We will share another update once we receive patching details from cPanel.
